Pepe Law Firm, with office in Milan, Corso XXII Marzo 8, is data controller with regard to the use of the Site.

The Firm wishes to provide some specific information regarding the management method of the site in question with reference to the processing of personal data of users consulting the site.

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR”.

 

Type of data processed

The types of data and information collected and processed by Pepe Law Firm are navigation data, data voluntarily provided by the user (CV or information requests received through the contacts page) and data collected through the use of cookies.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this site acquire some personal data over the course of normal operations, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. It regards information that is not collected to be associated with identified parties, but, by its nature, could allow user identification through processing and association with data held by third parties. Included in this data category are IP addresses or domain names of the computers operated by the users who connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of request, the request submission method, dimension of file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the reply status assigned by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters of the operating system and the computer environment of the user. This data is exclusively used to collect anonymous statistical information on use of the site and to verify its correct function.

Data voluntarily provided by users

Pepe Law Firm collects the personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the Contacts page and through the collection of CVs spontaneously sent by users.
In this case, the mailing address of the sender is necessary in order to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data inserted into the contact form.

Use of cookies

The Site uses cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy in force.

Method and Purpose of processing

The personal data will be subjected to processing to allow navigation and consultation of the Site, and to fulfil requirements of law.
The personal data will be processed using automatic instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
In addition, the users’ personal data will be processed in order to respond to requests received by Pepe Law Firm through the sending of email to the Contact page of the Site, or to respond to spontaneous employment applications.
The Firm will use the personal data only for the purposes listed above, and commits to not disclosing any private data to third parties or for any commercial purpose.

Rights of the concerned party

The user has the right to exercise, at any time, the rights set out by articles 12 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679.
The user may revoke consent, where previously given, without prejudice to the legitimacy of the processing occurring before the withdrawal of consent. And finally, users may oppose processing of personal data pertaining to themselves.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, make a report or receive information on the method of processing of personal data, requests must be made through the “contacts” section of the Site.

Data retention

The personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing.
