Attorney expert in labour law and union relations, Large Scale Distribution and Retail

Attorney of the Court of Milan since 2009, she is expert in labour law and union relations, and assists Italian and multinational companies and groups with a specific skill developed in the Retail, Luxury and Large Scale Distribution sectors.
She developed significant experience with particular reference to the management of employment relations, individual and collective dismissals, management of layoff processes and social safety nets, agency relations and executive management employment.
She boasts multi-year experience in working with companies regarding the management of union relations, negotiation and drawing up of collective company contracts and/or second level agreements, implementation processes for flexibility instruments and company reorganizations. In large-scale distribution and Retail food sectors, she developed a significant experience in Food Law: from advertising to unfair competition, from labelling to food safety.

Education

Degree in law from Università degli Studi in Milan, with a thesis on Labour Law. She attended various post-graduate level specialization courses, among which was the post-graduate civil, penal and administrative law course with Professor Vincenzo Mariconda. She then did a specialization at the School of Higher Education in Labour, Union and Social Welfare Law instituted by the Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI) (Italian Labour Attorneys).

Author of publications and in-depth articles regarding labour law for Il Sole 24 Ore, she is a speaker in conferences and training workshops in the labour field. She is among the instructors of CFMT – Centro di Formazione Manager del Terziario Confcommercio/Manageritalia (Center for Manager Training of the Office of Confcommercio/Manageritalia) Partner of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Labour Attorneys)
